More than 100 experts from the departments confectionery, professional sales, chefs, bar and services support the owners of the traditional café with perfect engagement, professional know-how and friendliness. As a family run business we are very close to our employees and personally feel responsible for their individual development. For many years we have been educating and training highly skilled confectioners and sales people for our cake shop.
A perfect education is the foundation for any young talent´s future as well as for our traditional café – we don’t want to give up on highly qualified and motivated young people. Continuous further education of our team ensures our highest quality requirements.
As we have done for many years, to this day we continue to educate three confectioners and three sales people for our cake shop. Generally we have ten apprentices working with us at any given time
